How has your industry transformed in recent years? What impact has digitalisation had on the footwear industry?

In recent years, the footwear industry has undergone a fundamental transformation under the influence of digitalisation. The rise of e-commerce has completely changed consumers’ shopping habits. Customers now research, compare, and purchase products online before trying them in physical stores. Digitalisation has enabled brands to communicate directly with consumers, particularly through mobile shopping and social media integration. Technologies such as artificial intelligence, AI, and augmented reality, AR, have also transformed the industry by offering innovative experiences such as virtual try-ons and personalised recommendations.

Sustainability: Consumers are increasingly choosing brands that use environmentally friendly materials and production processes.
