Kriko received the “SEO Agency of the Year” award at the 2025 E-Commerce Summit organised by Pazarlama Türkiye for its comprehensive SEO transformation project developed for Medical Park. The project covered the complete restructuring of Medical Park’s technical infrastructure, content architecture and information hierarchy with an SEO-focused approach. The work brought together multiple SEO disciplines, ranging from website migration management to artificial intelligence-assisted duplicate content analysis. The award represents an important outcome of the collaboration between Kriko and Medical Park, built around technology, data and user experience.
Medical Park’s Digital Infrastructure Was Rebuilt with SEO at Its Core
Before the project, Medical Park’s outdated website design and existing content management system limited the development of an SEO-compatible digital structure. Weaknesses in site speed, technical infrastructure and user experience created risks for both search engine performance and the overall visitor journey. The inability to transfer content, URLs and metadata programmatically from the previous CMS also required the migration process to be managed in a more comprehensive and controlled manner. A large volume of similar and duplicated content accumulated over the years was another key issue affecting the website’s organic visibility.
Kriko actively participated in the new design and CMS development processes by providing continuous SEO feedback and technical guidance. Technical SEO requirements, page structures, content templates and site speed improvements were incorporated into the foundations of the new system. The content structure, menus and page hierarchy were reorganised to help users reach relevant healthcare information more easily. As a result, the information architecture was optimised both to improve user experience and to help search engines crawl, understand and evaluate the website more effectively.
Hundreds of Thousands of Sentences Were Analysed Using Artificial Intelligence
One of the project’s key components was the development of a duplicate content analysis model designed to improve the uniqueness of content across medicalpark.com.tr. A natural language processing-based embedding model was used to identify similar content at page level. Sentence similarity analysis performed with the Google BERT language model allowed content to be evaluated not only based on identical keyword usage but also according to semantic proximity. This approach made it possible to detect similarities that conventional duplicate content checks could not easily identify.
The analysis was conducted in an NVIDIA T4 GPU-accelerated environment to process high volumes of text quickly and at scale. The text on each page was transformed into vector representations, and semantic similarity scores were calculated between pages. Pages exceeding defined similarity thresholds were flagged as potential duplicate content. This method enabled hundreds of thousands of sentences to be analysed with a high level of accuracy, making content-related SEO risks visible and actionable.
Similar or duplicated content identified during the analysis was reported to the relevant teams for further optimisation. Clear actions were defined for pages that needed to be consolidated, rewritten or differentiated. In addition to reducing existing duplicate content, the project established a control mechanism designed to prevent similar issues from reoccurring in the future. This work contributed to making Medical Park’s extensive content ecosystem more original, sustainable and resilient from an SEO perspective.
The Critical Website Migration Was Managed with Live Support
Before the launch of the new website, technical errors encountered in the Google Search Console Live Test tool prevented the completion of pre-migration verification procedures. This created a significant risk concerning whether the new pages could be properly accessed, crawled and processed by Google. On the migration night, the Kriko team provided live support alongside the software team and contributed to resolving the test and accessibility issues. Completing these technical controls helped ensure that the new website structure was correctly accessible to search engines.
During the migration, URL structures, page hierarchies, technical SEO components and the positioning of content within the new system were evaluated as a whole. SEO requirements were monitored throughout different stages of the development process to minimise the risk of organic visibility losses when content was transferred from the old website to the new platform. Coordination between the software, content, design and SEO teams ensured that the migration was managed not simply as a technical transfer, but as a comprehensive digital transformation project. This approach helped Medical Park establish a faster, more accessible and more sustainable web infrastructure.
A Google Discover-Compatible Content Structure Was Developed
As part of the project, Google Discover-compatible page structures were developed for Medical Park’s blog and healthcare content. Blog templates and HTML structures were revised to help content gain visibility not only in traditional search results but also in personalised discovery environments based on users’ interests. Image usage, heading hierarchy, content organisation and technical elements were reviewed in line with Google Discover requirements. This created a stronger foundation for healthcare content to reach broader audiences through different organic traffic channels.
A Collaboration Combining Technology and SEO Expertise
The Medical Park project brought together Kriko’s capabilities in technical SEO, content optimisation, information architecture, website migration and data analysis within a single integrated framework. The focus was not limited to resolving existing SEO issues. The project also aimed to establish a sustainable digital infrastructure that could be managed and developed effectively over the long term. Artificial intelligence and GPU-assisted content analysis enabled hundreds of thousands of sentences across a large-scale healthcare platform to be evaluated quickly and accurately. Integrating SEO into the CMS and design processes from the very beginning also made it possible to build search engine compatibility directly into the core of the new system, rather than relying on corrective work after launch.
