Preserving the Aspect Ratio
The aspect ratio describes the proportional relationship between an image’s width and height. Changing only one dimension without adjusting the other proportionally can stretch or compress the visual.
The Image Resizer automatically preserves the original aspect ratio while fitting the image within the selected width and height. For example, a horizontal image remains horizontal and a square image remains square unless it is later cropped using a different tool.
