Ethical Standards for Remote Working

Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer and Company data, as well as the Company’s assets, decisions, strategies and plans.

Appropriate data security protocols and safeguards must be followed throughout remote working arrangements. Employees are expected to exercise due care when handling confidential or sensitive information.

Employees must comply with the Company’s Password Creation and Use Policy.

b. Use of Company Assets

Company assets must be used solely for legitimate business purposes.

Employees are responsible for protecting the Company’s reputation and ensuring that its assets are used securely, responsibly and effectively.

c. Conflicts of Interest and Personal Gain

Employees must avoid actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest when making business-related decisions.

Personal interests or benefits must not take precedence over the interests of the Company.

Communication and Reporting

a. Communication

Employees must communicate in a respectful, open, accurate and ethical manner.

All information communicated must be truthful, reliable and presented with integrity.

b. Reporting Violations

The Company provides employees with a secure mechanism for reporting suspected ethical violations. The “Speak Up” platform is used for such reports.

All reported violations are reviewed confidentially, and appropriate corrective measures are taken where necessary.

Training and Awareness
