All departments, positions and employees are required to comply with its provisions.
Core Disciplinary Rules and Expectations

The misuse, theft, unauthorised use or deliberate damage of Company assets, including property, equipment, resources and data, is unacceptable.
The use, possession, sale or distribution of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is strictly prohibited. The Company is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthy working environment.

Disciplinary Procedures
Disciplinary matters are addressed in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
Depending on the nature and severity of the alleged violation, the disciplinary process may include an investigation, meetings with the employee, verbal or written warnings, suspension or termination of employment.
Disciplinary action is administered fairly, consistently and objectively. Employees are provided with an appropriate opportunity to understand the allegations, present their views and respond to the matters raised.
The Company may act promptly where a serious disciplinary violation is identified. However, each case is assessed individually, and a fair and proportionate process is followed.
Appeal Procedure
Employees have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions.
The Company reviews all appeals fairly and objectively and takes appropriate corrective action where necessary.
