Official Company accounts must be managed in accordance with the Company’s values, mission and policies.

All published content must be professional, appropriate and consistent with the Company’s reputation and brand identity.

Personal Use of Social Media

a. Professional Identity

Employees must remain mindful of their professional identity when using social media.

They should be aware of any content or information that may associate them with the Company and must conduct themselves professionally.

b. Confidentiality and Security

Employees must protect the confidentiality of Company information and customer data.

Before sharing photographs, videos, screenshots or other content on social media, employees must ensure that no confidential Company information or customer data is visible on their screens or in the surrounding environment.

The disclosure of confidential information or the discussion of internal Company matters on social media is strictly prohibited.

c. Personal Opinions

When sharing personal opinions on social media, employees should make it clear that they are speaking in a personal capacity and do not represent the Company.

Employees are solely responsible for the personal opinions they express.

Instant Messaging Platforms and Social Media Communication

a. Customer Communication

Employees must act professionally when communicating with customers and should prioritise customer satisfaction.

All responses must comply with Company policies and protect the confidentiality of customer information.

b. Response Times

Questions, comments and complaints received through social media should be addressed promptly.

The Company aims to respond within the shortest reasonable timeframe.

Violations and Sanctions

a. Policy Violations

Violations of this Social Media Use Policy may result in a warning or disciplinary action.

The action taken will depend on the nature, severity and frequency of the violation.

b. Policy Updates

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Social Media Policy.

Employees are responsible for reviewing policy updates and complying with the latest version.
