Kriko is committed to fostering, continuously strengthening and safeguarding a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, creativity, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities and collective talent that our employees bring to their work are integral not only to our culture, but also to our reputation and the success of our company.
We embrace and promote diversity among our employees, including differences in age, skin colour, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental abilities, political views, race, religion, sexual orientation and socio-economic background.
Kriko’s practices and policies are designed to promote excellence in the following areas, among others:
- Respectful communication and collaboration among all employees.
- Teamwork and employee participation that enable the representation of all groups and employee perspectives.
- Work-life balance through flexible working arrangements that address employees’ evolving needs.
- Contributions by Kriko and its employees to the communities we serve, with the aim of fostering greater understanding of and respect for diversity.
All Kriko employees are responsible for treating others with dignity and respect at all times. Employees are expected to demonstrate inclusive behaviour in the workplace, while performing work-related duties both on and off company premises, and at all company-sponsored or company-related events.
To support employees in fulfilling this responsibility and expanding their knowledge, all employees are required to attend and complete diversity awareness training sessions organised periodically.
Any employee found to have engaged in inappropriate conduct towards others may be subject to disciplinary action.
Employees who believe they have experienced discrimination that is inconsistent with the company’s diversity policy and initiatives may use the “Speak Up” platform or seek assistance from a manager.
